About this position

What you’ll do

You will work directly with Marketing Executives and Founders of VC-backed B2B SaaS companies to help grow their brand and build out scalable demand gen strategies. You’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Account Management: Be the key contact for a set of accounts and orchestrate a team of Performance Marketing Managers around a demand gen strategy. 
  • Reporting & Analytics: Analyze and compile reports across ad platforms and the CRM for clients to create data stories that align with pipeline and revenue. 
  • Operations: Help Omni Lab build out more repeatable processes and strategies for deploying demand gen programs for the top B2B SaaS companies around the world. 
  • Manage & Optimize Ad Accounts: Comfortable building out a strategy and executing it across Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn to drive revenue.
  • Revenue Accountability: Be accountable to revenue and pipeline, not only leads.

What you need

  • 3-4 years of demand generation, campaign management, creative, or reporting  experience, preferably from a high-growth B2B SaaS company and/or agency. 
  • Comfortable analyzing data from multiple different platforms and then stitching the data together into a story for client meetings. 
  • Understanding how to run reports and analyze data in Salesforce & Hubspot to understand what is driving pipeline and revenue. 
  • Deep expertise in developing scalable strategies across Facebook, Linkedin, Google Ads to build awareness and create and capture demand.
