About this position

What you need:

You will work directly with Marketing Executives and Founders of VC-backed B2B SaaS companies to help grow their brands and build out scalable demand gen strategies. Here is what you need: 

  • You have knowledge and experience in a handful of paid search and social platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. 
  • You have at least 5 years of account management working in the B2B tech space. 
  • You've managed more than 5 clients at one time with budgets over a minimum of $10K/month.
  • You can help clients build campaign plans, guide them through what content to run on what channels, recommend budgets across a variety of paid channels, and more. 
  • You feel confident communicating results and strategy with your clients.
  • You love marketing and stop at nothing to improve yourself to drive better results for your teammates and clients. You listen to podcasts, you’re active on LinkedIn, and you can’t stop reading about the latest trend in marketing. 
  • You know how to analyze data from a paid media account all the way down to the CRM to understand what is working and what is not working. 
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Metadata, ZoomInfo, Bombora, 6Sense, and other B2B tech vendors is ideal

What you’ll do

  • You’ll be the main point of contact for multiple clients. 
  • You’ll host bi-weekly calls, answer slack questions, and prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for clients. 
  • You’ll analyze data in paid channels like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads and then understand how they impact lagging indicators in the CRM like Hubspot and Salesforce. 
  • You’ll coordinate execution of paid media campaigns with other Sr. Paid Media Managers, Copywriters, and Graphic Designers from the Omni Lab Team.  
  • You’ll provide strategic direction to clients on the type of content they should promote, where they should promote it, and how they should promote it. 
  • You’ll build campaign plans for clients to align business goals with the right types of campaigns.
